Once your application has been approved, you will be able to login and check the status of your payments.
If you do not know your College Student Number, please email [email protected] with your full name, date of birth, and postcode so we can provide it to you.

Please note that we do not accept bank statements as evidence of income (benefits or employment), and we do not accept partial evidence, such as parts of a Universal Credit Statement.
We only accept full documents that are clear to read. If full documents are not provided it will delay the assessment of your application.
